Please see pictures for condition. Clear and obvious signs of use and where consistent with age. Smoke free home. Spotting on some of the early blank pages. There are also marks and spotting on pages throughout the book. Writing on the family record pages, though it is fading. It is legible to some degree. Some separation of the pages from the binding. I would like to be in this condition at the age of around 125 years old.
